We want you to feel confident and sexy in your Playful Promises pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags and hygiene seals intact. Please note that for health and safety reasons, certain items like hosiery cannot be returned once opened.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the hygiene strip has not been removed.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
